BIOGRAPHY

History

Born on the family estates on the Planet of Senftenberg he was raised to follow his father, mother and two elder brothers into the army and become a Mechwarrior.

Being a rebel at heart he did nit foolow in his fathers or brothers steps and declined a place at the Nagelring and instead joined Sanglamore Military academy with the help of his mother, herself hailing from Skye. Life at the academy was never easy both due to his personality and himself being not from Skye.

3071 Promotion to Ensign: During 3071 he was shipped out to a Lyran Regulars Reserve Company fighting against Clan Jade Falcon

3073 Promotion to Lieutnant: In 3073 he particpated in the war against the Jade FAlcons and made comabt drop on Pandora, suffering wounds he was shipped to a field hospital

3075 Promtion to Captain rom 3073 to 3075 he particpated in pirate hunting, raids against House Kurita and the Jade Falcons

Saved from dying of being bored he was transfered to the 14th Donegal Guards RCT participating in Operation Lorelei

3078 to 3079: Command and Staff College at the Nagel Ring

3080 Promotion to Major

Until 3087 he serves with Lyran Alliance Armed forces

3088 Honourable discharge from army with Rank as Captain in the Lyran Alliance Armed forces ( Reserve )

During the Clan Invasion both his parents died, fighting the invasors. His Oldest brother after having lost an arm and both legs returned as a bitter and vengeful men, soon driving his two younger siblings out of the home.

Leaving with what their parents had left them they soon lost track of each other and Friedrich "Fritz" decided to become a mercenary

Personality

Dugen is a well educated, fairly wealthy descendant of a Lyran Noble family, yet he lacks any hint of arrogance common to his class, he know to make his hands dirty and help out the techs. He often disguises his feelings behind funny remarks or when angered cynic ones. He is a hard ass when it comes to discipline under fire, yet he is known to ignore sometimes orders when in the heat of battle but he´s always careful to not be insubordinate. In his outspoken on the border of insulting but not intending to be insulting. In his youth he was known to party a lot but both life, the military and "age" have made him softer and he´s turning out to be a real Gemtleman and fine officer, he is motto is "There is no I in Team"

Dugen first Mercenary tour was performed in the sevice of the Black Talon Phoenixes in Pugh's Privateer's Company. After disobeying the Officer of the Watch by challenging an unidentified convoy of Blizzard Hover Transports he was forced to muster out. Field Marshal Steele reveiwed the case files and applauded O'Byren initiative. Dugen's actions did not result in an actual attack but simply a near miss. Subsequently Dugen was brought on aboard to the Restless Souls with an upgrade from a Lieutenant over a Lance to a full Colonel over a Regiment.
